Returns and Refunds Policy – Lulu Nove

At Lulu Nove, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated products and a smooth shopping experience. We also understand that sometimes things don’t turn out exactly as expected. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window, giving you enough time to decide whether your purchase is right for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as it will be required to process your request.

If you need to return an item, simply reach out to us at hey@lulunove.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label along with step-by-step instructions. All returns must be sent to the following address, and only after obtaining prior authorization:

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Should you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you’re fully supported.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items, and any items classified as hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
